On April 7, 2018, the Cooperative Development Authority- Kidapawan Extension Office (CDA-KEO) together with the Eighty (80) enthusiastic representatives from different primary and secondary cooperatives across Region XII hold a regional consultative meeting on the proposed creation of an Apex organization at the CHRLDC Bldg., Apo Sandawa Homes Drive, Kidapawan City. The consultation was in accordance with the appeal of the House of Representative for the CDA to facilitate the creation of an Apex Organization. Representatives from the primary and secondary cooperatives across the region were invited to attend the said consultation.
Team building in the workplace significantly contributes towards employee motivation and building trust among the employees, thereby ensuring better productivity.
Twenty-two (22) CDA-KEO personnel attended during the 2017 Year-End Assessment and Team-building Activity held on December 13-14, 2017 at Villa Amparo, Island Garden City of Samal. This activity aims to assess the performance of the office for the semester and to prepare for the incoming External Quality Audit scheduled on December 18, 2017.
On October 12, 2017, around 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon, the office formally turned-over the donated properties to the recipients with the presence of the Commission on Audit (COA) auditor Mr. Stephen Daniel B. Matas. The recipients of the properties are secondary government schools that offers vocational courses. The activity was headed by Director, Aminoden A. Elias, together with the CDA-KEO staff Ms. Norhannah B. Pandapatan, CPA and Francis Ervin Z. Reblando. The Toyota Tamaraw FX with plate number SEE 366 together with car stereo was donated to Saniel-Cruz National High School located at Saniel-Cruz Ave., Kidapawan City. The said properties were received by the school’s representative, Ms. Clarisse Angela M. Hasañon. While the Spottswood National High School in Mt. Apo Village, Poblacion, Kidapawan City, thru its representative, Ms. Melody G. Almocera, received the one (1) unit Canon computer printer and the APC Back-UPS. All the pertinent papers of the donated properties were also given to the donees. Whereas, the two unit typewriters, Olympia and Nakajima brand,were disposed through destruction. Aside from the disposal of the unserviceable properties which relieved the accountable officers of unnecessary accountabilities and make available space in the office area,
The CDA-KEO personnel were also very pleased and delighted knowing that these simple donations will make the Cooperative Development Authority- Kidapawan Extension Office a part of government education program for the youth.
